You know the old saying, New Year, New Handbag.. Doesn't exist?? Well, it should! Not one to ever really be a handbag kinda girl, I've recently fallen for the classic black structured beauty that is the Tote Bag. I don't think I've ever owned a proper 'grown up' handbag and I think it's time to invest. My 24th birthday is looming, I'm questioning my grown-up-ness, and I need a bag to prove it.
My inner cheapskate wants to buy any old bag, but this time I won't hear of it. Although I won't be splashing any big bucks either. I have fallen for a little number in River Island (sort of a mini tote) that's only €45 and I think RI is a good place to start with bags. Then I found all the ones up there. So there will be a lot of searching to find the perfect one I think. But I'm enjoying searching for the perfect one and not just buying any old bag. I guess it'll mean more to me then. Time to indulge my inner lady I think.
