Looking for a super quick, super cheap and hassle free dessert? Then you have to try this out. I can't remember where I saw this recipe, I think it may
have been from Barefoot Contessa, but as soon as I saw it I knew I had to make them.
You will need:
Roll out puff pastry (or make your own if you can)
Ground Cinnamon
Sugar
Ice-Cream to serve
Method:
Roll out the pastry
Sprinkle on the sugar and cinnamon. As much as you like.
Roll up the pastry, and slice it up.
Bake in the oven for 6 minutes.
Serve with some ice cold ice-cream.
