I don't usually do big beauty hauls but last month I did pick up some new bits to try out, and some old reliables. I repurchased the TONY&GUY Sea Salt hair spray which I had before and loved, and I nabbed some new simple products too to test out. Plus a few extra makeup-y bits
.
P.S Love Lipstick: I already had the nude shade of this lipstick so I knew I liked the formula, so when AW sprung I had to reach for a nice deep shade. It's not a shade I'd usually go for being a deep pink. I'm more of a dark red kinda girl, but for €2 I figured it was worth a shot. Once again, I really like the formula, for the price it's fairly long lasting and it has a nice matte finish without being too drying.
NYC Nail Polish (Shade ...): I talked about this polish in a PREVIOUS POST so I won't say too much here but all in all it is my favourite nude shade I have ever bought and it's still the only colour I'm wearing on my nails.
Simple Illuminating Cream: I spotted this a few weeks back and never picked it up, and since then I had been thinking about it on and off. So when I stumbled into Boots the other day I had to pick it up. I had been looking to try something that would brighten my skin a little bit and add some luminosity and this does just that. I've actually had 2 different people comment on how I look 'glowing' recently and I'm guessing it's no coincidence. At approx €10/€11 it's a sure winner. It also has an SPF 15 too so very handy for everyday.
TONY&GUY Sea Salt Texturising Spray: Now this is a product I've previously loved, so much that I used up the whole bottle and only got around to buying it again last week. It's perfect for adding a little bit of texture to your hair for that bedhead look when you barely even want to brush your hair. And believe me, some days I don't. I just spray some of this into the ends of my hair, and a little in my roots for some lift, then fluff it up. I think I might do a separate post on how I style my hair with this product so let me know in the comments if you'd like to see that. This costs just under €3 and is also a perfect handbag size, but I did notice the large bottle is on offer in Boots at the minute so if you wanna try it out now is your chance.
Simple Micellar Cleansing Water: I'm quite lazy when it comes to taking off my makeup at night so I wanted to try out a micellar water that everyone has been raving about. I watched some Youtuber (really can't remember who -sorry) talking about the Simple products and they mentioned that this particular Simple Micellar water was less drying on your skin than other brands so I decided to try this one out first. I also love Simple for it's affordability (you guys know I'm all about those bargains) and this product is only €4.29 in Boots.
